The CARA Section caters to any and all Parks & Recreation Professionals working in areas related to youth sports and programming. CARA holds local, regional, and state competitions in youth athletics throughout the state. Colorado Association of Recreational Athletics (CARA) promotes the development of athletics and encourages the standardization of rules and classifications in games and competition.
